Questions People Ask Before Booking

Am I really a first-time customer?

If we've never serviced your home before, yes. If you're a returning customer, this special isn't for you - but please call the office and we'll take care of you with our regular pricing.

What if I have more than 15 windows?

Most homes have 15-25 windows total. If you have more than 15, Jessica will tell you the per-window add-on price during your call. It's a flat per-window rate so there are no surprises.

What about hard water spots, interior windows, gutters, or other services?

Those aren't included in the $187 special - but the crew can add anything on-site at our standard rate while they're already there. Most customers add at least one extra service. There's no pressure to add anything.

Do I have to sign up for the service plan?

No. The $187 is yours whether you continue with us or not. The service plan is something most of our customers join after they see our work - but it's never required, and there's no obligation. We'll walk you through it on the day of service if you're interested.

Q: When can you come out?

Most areas: within 1-2 weeks. We sometimes have same-week openings if a job reschedules - we'll let you know during your call.
