Service Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Term

This Service Plan Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective for a minimum term of twelve (12) months beginning on the date of enrollment. After the initial twelve-month term, the Agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

2. Payment Authorization & Auto-Withdrawal

By enrolling in a Service Plan, the Client authorizes Lakeview Window Cleaning to automatically charge the credit card on file for the agreed-upon service amount during the months in which service is scheduled.

Charges will occur only during months in which service is provided or scheduled.

Payment will be processed prior to or at the time of service.

The Client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

3. Service Credits for Unused Months

If a scheduled service is not performed in a given billing month, the amount paid for that month will be credited to the Client’s account.

Account credits may be applied toward a future window cleaning or any other eligible Lakeview service.

Credits have no cash value and remain on the account until used.

4. Discounted Rate & Service Frequency

The Client agrees to receive services at the discounted Service Plan rate based on the selected frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, etc.).

Discounted pricing is conditional upon maintaining the agreed-upon service frequency.

Changes to service frequency may result in pricing adjustments.

5. Scheduling & Notifications

Lakeview Window Cleaning will automatically schedule services according to the selected service plan.

The Client will receive service reminders approximately:

One (1) week prior, and

One (1) day prior to the scheduled service.

Rescheduling requests must be communicated in a timely manner. Lakeview will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes.

6. Early Cancellation (Before 12 Months)

The Client may cancel this Agreement before the end of the initial twelve-month term; however:

The Client agrees to repay the difference between the discounted Service Plan rate and the standard one-time service pricing for all services already performed under the plan.

Any outstanding balance due as a result of early cancellation will be charged to the payment method on file.

7. Cancellation After Initial Term

After the initial twelve-month term, the Agreement may be canceled at any time with reasonable notice, and no early termination adjustment will apply.

8. Transferability

This Agreement may be transferred to a new residential property owned by the Client, subject to:

Property eligibility,

Service area availability, and

Any pricing adjustments required due to property size or service scope.

9. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. Unused amounts will be issued as account credit only, as outlined above.

10. General Terms

Prices are subject to change upon renewal or property transfer.

Lakeview Window Cleaning reserves the right to modify service methods as needed to ensure safety and service quality.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
