Agreement to TermsBy enrolling in a Lakeview Window Cleaning Membership Plan, you ("Member") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation in our subscription-based window cleaning services and related offerings.2. Membership Plans & ServicesLakeview Window Cleaning provides recurring cleaning services based on the selected membership plan. Services are scheduled according to the plan's frequency and scope, as detailed in the subscription pricing document.Membership Plans Include:Essential Shine (Bi-annual window cleaning), Signature Shine (Quarterly Window Cleaning), Platinum Shine Plan, and Realtor & Airbnb Shine plan. Membership Fees & PaymentMembership fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.Payments are auto-billed to the provided payment method on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed upon.A 7-day grace period applies for failed payments before suspension of services.4. Cancellation & Refund PolicyMemberships may be canceled with a 30-day written notice.No refunds for partial months; any prepaid annual payments will be refunded on a prorated basis minus any used services at standard (non-member) rates.Lakeview Window Cleaning reserves the right to cancel memberships for non-payment or repeated policy violations.5.
