The Most Important Gutter Cleaning of the Year Happens in November

Gutters need attention more than once a year. A summer cleaning clears out seed pods, shingle grit, and the debris that builds up through storm season, and we do plenty of those.

But the cleaning that protects your home is the one after the leaves come down. Along the Wasatch Front that's late October into November. Clear gutters going into the freeze-and-thaw months are what keep water off your fascia, out of your basement, and from backing up into ice dams.

So if you only do one this year, make it that one. Reserve your spot now at the pre-schedule rate and we'll clean between November 1 and November 25, after the trees are bare.

Gutters sprayed out. We rinse the full run so the remaining grit and shingle sand goes out, not down.

Downspouts flushed. We confirm water runs all the way through and out the bottom. A clean gutter with a blocked downspout still overflows.

Hangers checked. We inspect the hardware holding your gutters to the house and tell you what we find.

If we spot loose hangers, damaged fascia, or a downspout draining toward your foundation, we'll send you photos and tell you straight. No pressure, no upsell, you just get to know before winter does the damage.

We can offer that because we clean after the leaves are down and we flush every downspout before we leave. We're not gambling on it. We just know the work holds.

Scope of Guarantee:

Covers debris clogs in the gutters and downspouts we cleaned. Some things are outside a cleaning's control: gutters pitched so water pools or runs away from the downspout, ice damming or freeze-related backup, downspouts restricted by heat cable, and storm or limb damage. If we find any of these on your home, we'll photograph them and tell you before we leave.

Terms

Reserving your spot. Your spot is reserved once the $49 deposit is paid, not when the form is submitted. We'll call within one business day to confirm your date and send you a secure link by text or email to pay the deposit online. Requests submitted on or before October 24 get the pre-schedule price even if we reach you after that date.

Deposit. The $49 deposit applies to your total. Refundable through October 31. After that it's non-refundable, since your November slot comes off our calendar.

Service and pricing. Pre-schedule price covers up to 150 feet of gutter. $2.25 per foot beyond that, quoted before we start. Service performed between November 1 and November 25; we'll call two days ahead. Balance due at completion. Offer available through October 24.

Winter guarantee. If a gutter or downspout we cleaned backs up with debris before March 31, we return and clear it at no charge. The guarantee covers debris only. It does not cover gutters pitched so water pools or drains away from the downspout, ice damming or freeze-related backup, downspouts restricted by heat cable, or damage from storms or falling limbs. Conditions of this kind found during service will be photographed and reported to you at the time of the visit.
